Alpha Fox Group is the name used by Alpha Fox Inc., a Canadian corporation. This notice covers alphafoxgroup.com. Client work is covered by the agreement for that engagement.

What this site collects

The site does not run advertising, and it does not set analytics cookies. The contact form does not send your message to a server operated for this website. It opens your own email application with a draft addressed to hello@alphafoxgroup.com.

If you email Alpha Fox, the message contains whatever you choose to include, typically your name, email address, organization, and a description of the work. That information is used to reply and, if both sides agree, to scope an engagement.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver the pages and to protect the site. Their handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Sharing

Alpha Fox does not sell personal information. Information you send by email is read by the people at Alpha Fox who handle inquiries, and by the email provider that delivers the message.

Retention

Inquiry email is kept for as long as it is needed to correspond with you and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping. You can ask for a copy of the personal information Alpha Fox holds about you from this correspondence, or ask for a correction, by emailing hello@alphafoxgroup.com.
